Upon receipt of goods:
Inspect contents immediately. Notify Guerrini Moulding within 2 days of receipt with any errors or damages. Guerrini will replace the product and issue Call Tags to pick up and return the moulding. Our liability is limited to the replacement of any unsatisfactory goods. Replacement product will be invoiced and credit will be issued once the returned product has been received at our facility. The original invoice must be paid in full. All replacements and returns must be made within 15 days of receipt of merchandise. No returns will be accepted after 15 days. If any length order has defects, DO NOT cut the moulding. Return the stick for replacement. Any length orders that have been cut or altered cannot be returned for credit. Chops and Joined frames that have evidence that they have been joined or fitted will not be credited.
We request that all returned merchandise be adequately packed so they will not further damage on their return trip. Returns will not be accepted that have been improperly packaged.
Guerrini Moulding must authorize all returns.

Damaged Shipment by Carrier:
If your shipment arrives and the packaging has obvious damage:
A. Refuse delivery and notify Guerrini immediately. We will replace the products.
B. Accept delivery but note on the bill of lading that the box is damaged. Keep the box for inspection. Upon inspection if you find that some of the goods were damaged notify Gueriini and we will arrange for pick up and credit. We will require a copy of the delivery receipt in order to place a damaged goods claim with the freight carrier.
Cancellation of Order
Length orders: Guerrini will charge a 25% restocking fee on returned merchandise. Customers are responsible for any freight charges on returned products. Chops and Joins are final. All products of special sale merchandise, close outs or discontinued are final.
